Thank you so much for all the material! The most impactful aspect of the initiative was the cohort. The regular meetings helped keep things ‘on the front burner’. Being in tune with myself helped me be better in tune, and therefore better able to help them, with my students. It was really helpful when I wanted to use something in class to reference that they had done it in an advisory. (Created curriculum) From the feedback I received from students, I will continue to use movement and mindfulness to help my students focus in class.
