This has been our most successful initiative… The cohort coaching model has been an excellent way to make the learning safe for staff. Teachers really appreciate the small-group approach. This has been true for deans and admin as well. The use of mindful movement has become a regular part of our faculty discourse around instructional strategies. During professional development days, faculty and staff now include mindful movement strategies in planning without prompting. Teachers have intentionally built-in community building and movement into morning meetings.
